As Director of Data & Business Analytics, Emmanuel is responsible for making data-driven decisions to identify and accommodate needed analytical features. We rely on him to improve and develop our business technology by creating long-term data vision and infrastructure, which allows us to expand our market reach through a data-driven strategy.
Emmanuel graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Data Science and started working as a Data Science Intern for RestoreCore 3 years ago. His expertise was so useful that he was quickly promoted to a full-time role as a Data Analyst & Account Manager. We are proud to have recently promoted him again into his current role, making Emmanuel a strong force on the RestoreCore and SecureCore teams.
We sat down to talk to Emmanuel about his work and his life. We asked: What do you like to do outside of work? Turns out, he has a strong passion for fitness! He’s even been able to connect this interest with his work-life noting: “The resiliency and determination I’ve gained from my fitness journey have transferred into my professional life, encouraging a mindset of constant growth and improvement”.
We asked Emmanuel to share some of the most impactful things he’s learned to help him in his new role. He shared with us… “The most impactful thing that I have learned is the power of collaboration and the utilization of resources. In my previous roles, I’ve seen how big ideas can transform our organization and how challenging situations can seem intimidating. By remembering the strength found in collective wisdom and varied resources, we can solve problems more efficiently and reach our goals at an accelerated rate.”
In discussing what he is most excited about in his new role, he explained: “I’m excited to lead a comprehensive data governance program across RestoreCore and SecureCore. This role gives me the opportunity to leverage our organization’s data in ways that are secure, accurate, efficient and ultimately, contribute to the success of our teams”.
Finally, we asked Emmanuel what his goals are for his new position. He shared: “My main goal is to unlock the full potential of data-driven decision-making within our organization. This includes improving data quality, establishing governance polices and standards, and building a data-driven culture”.
